TICO (Thriving Inclusive Community Organization) was founded arround 2019 by a group of passionate university graduates in Rwanda committed to tackling youth unemployment, social inequalities, and health challenges and were determined to create a sustainable solution.TICO is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering young people, particularly those from disadvantaged and vulnerable communities, by equipping them with the necessary skills and opportunities to thrive.
TICO intervenes in its mission-oriented activities through research-based approaches, providing a platform where specialists meet with beneficiaries in various training sessions and workshops. We strive to eradicate stigma and discrimination-based human rights violations by preparing academic learners with comprehensive human rights awareness.

TICO reaches geographically in Kigali city, in western province Gisenyi (Rubavu), in Rusizi, in Northern province Musanze district, and in Southern province in Nyanza district. We also maintain allies student clubs in various universities across the country.
