At Thriving Inclusive Community Organization, we believe that Marginalised youth are not just job seekers they are job creators and community change-makers.
Through the Entrepreneurial Design Fellowship (EDF), a three-month fellowship program, we equip Marginalised young people with practical entrepreneurial skills, mentorship, innovation support, and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods.
We believe that one empowered young person represents an empowered community. By supporting 40 Marginalised youth fellows, we are indirectly strengthening at least 40 communities and many more lives connected to them.
